I've developed an acute short-term memory from having to memorize lines last minute on damages, but I can't for the life of me remember if I thanked you for all the terrific work you did for me around the selling, closing, and moving of the Calypso house.  You were absolutely wonderful, efficient, professional, and extremely accommodating, given all the extra mile our job entailed. Lisa has been so wonderful to us. She has shown patience, tenacity, and perseverance in even the most difficult of circumstances. My husband fell in love with a home in Versailles at Wellington the very first day that Lisa took us out. We had been looking in the Broward County area and in the southern part of Palm Beach County for quite a while previously with another agent. I also thought the home in Versailles was a beautiful home, as did our two small children, but as our history had shown us, I did not allow myself to become emotional about the house. As Lisa moved forward with placing offers for us on this foreclosed property, which was being handled by a federally run asset management company and was listed by an agent who was, let's say, less than easy to correspond with, I began to relent that this may not become our new home. Lisa never gave up. This process went on for months and months! In the interim, we saw many other properties. There were times when I was urging my husband that this was not the right home for us and that it obviously wasn't in the cards for our family, but he was determined to push through the resistance. Lisa realized his wishes, and despite the most difficult of circumstances, mounting frustration that we all endured, and some behaviors from the asset management company that were totally unethical, she helped us realize our dream.

Recently, we moved to Wellington from Charlotte, a move made necessary due to a new job. Without contacts in the area, we were dependent upon the information and advice given to us by the realtor that we worked with. Because of this, my wife and I feel blessed that Lisa Talio was the realtor we were put in touch with through a realtor in Weston.

Lisa was everything a home buyer could ask for, and more. She was available, resourceful, friendly, informative, flexible, and reliable. She was relentless in trying to find homes that matched what we were desired, and if she got tired, she never showed it. We could not have asked for more from her, and by the end of the process, we felt that we had found a home and a friend as well. Kerri and I will not hesitate to refer others to Lisa, and when the time comes to sell, she will be the only one we call.

Loyal, dedicated, self-sacrificing, flexible, innovative, reliable, personable, always well dressed and well mannered, honest not just out to make a quick sale, truly wants to find and satisfy the clients needs and desires, cares about each client as an individual, finds a way to accommodate the client with their schedule and always willing to go the extra mile or more - in our case, many miles!

It is so good to find someone so talented, knowledgeable (and what she does not know will find out quickly). and capable and just all around great! We have met and spoken with quite a few real estate salespersons, and she is head and shoulders above the rest in courtesy and extended effort to please us. Her attention has not waned, and she has stayed in touch even through the closing procedures. She went with us through stages - we changed locations, price ranges, and purpose of purchase several times, and she was always willing to go with it.

She not only looks for the client's good but also highly protects the listing agent and the property she is showing. There are always positive comments and unique features pointed out. She is truly also the seller's friend.

Lisa went above and beyond in all aspects of our home purchase. Lisa was extremely knowledgeable, always willing and available to help (all hours of the day), utilized technology to stay in touch and communicate (email, text messages, etc.).
